“Park on the street , Opens at 8:30Am , and they will give you a beeper , wait when its beep, then go to security, then warehouse door 1 , they will assign the door , once parked they started offloading , Check in at 8:30am leave around 9:45 am”

“9/5/2024 I had 8am appointment(?). As other comments state, actual availability is around 8:30am. Only 2 other trucks were there, when I pulled in. Loaded, & leaving by 10:10am. Also, PORT-A-POTTY is AVAILABLE!!! Perhaps this facility has gone through some growing pains. It's not nearly as bad as some of the other reviews would have you believe.”
“Quick check in. I arrived about 850am for delivery. They open at 9am. Got door quickly. It is tight, if docks are not filled with trucks you can get turned around so you are not blindside. Plenty of space between docks if you do have to blindside.”
“Great experience. This was my first time coming here and I’d gladly come back. Easy in and out, plenty of space to maneuver. Truck entrance just past Loves in Pinnacle”
“Park on street. Walk to guard shack. There is a computer you use inside guard shack to submit your info. Then walk over to other building and check in at shipping and receiving. From there you will get paperwork. Show to guard he will assign a door. 2 hours from time I got here to I left with my load.”

I asked the person in charge of unloading, it is not handled by appointment, it is how you get there. There are several warehouses in the same place, I am referring to DHL”

“This place is a great place to pick up. As a disabled veteran driver they was really helpful and went well above and beyond in helping out. When I called to let them I was disabled the help came quickly I’ve never seen where everyone helped me out. From the front office to the guard even the guys on the loading dock and a special thanks to joe”
