“9/5/2024 I had 8am appointment(?). As other comments state, actual availability is around 8:30am. Only 2 other trucks were there, when I pulled in. Loaded, & leaving by 10:10am. Also, PORT-A-POTTY is AVAILABLE!!! Perhaps this facility has gone through some growing pains. It's not nearly as bad as some of the other reviews would have you believe.”

Their team was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process, especially Roger, who was a pleasure to speak with. He handled all my questions and concerns with patience and helped me out so much.

“The office staff and the forklift drivers were very helpful and friendly. They will take you earlier than your appointment time if they have an opening. The only reason why I gave them four stars is their lot of kind of small and a little hard to maneuver”
“Good place to load, only for appointment, no parking inside, so need to park at street and go to security for delivery instructions. The street is very narrow and parking limited”
“Park on the street , Opens at 8:30Am , and they will give you a beeper , wait when its beep, then go to security, then warehouse door 1 , they will assign the door , once parked they started offloading , Check in at 8:30am leave around 9:45 am”

“Park on street. Walk to guard shack. There is a computer you use inside guard shack to submit your info. Then walk over to other building and check in at shipping and receiving. From there you will get paperwork. Show to guard he will assign a door. 2 hours from time I got here to I left with my load.”

“Great place to load. This is one warehouse where you don’t wait 10 hours to load then they cancel your load and tell you the load is stuck in Mexico. Come here and get loaded in and out. People here are very friendly”

I asked the person in charge of unloading, it is not handled by appointment, it is how you get there. There are several warehouses in the same place, I am referring to DHL”
“Quick check in. I arrived about 850am for delivery. They open at 9am. Got door quickly. It is tight, if docks are not filled with trucks you can get turned around so you are not blindside. Plenty of space between docks if you do have to blindside.”
“Had a hard time putting the address at the post office, but I shipped my PS5 controller back on Friday and just got the replacement today (Tuesday). No hassle, easy process and very quick.”
“My very first experience wasn’t great. They were rude and well RUDE!
Second trip was so much better. Have your reefer on at 33 when checking in, or they will have you wait on the street for 10 mins.
Make sure you have two load locks.
They wash your trailer out if dirty. Idk how much though CR England takes care of it for us. I was a drop and hook so it was in and out for me.”
