Branch can't do the simplest task! It's 2:20pm and they won't answer the phone. I give up, I'm increasingly questioning why I continue to Bank with WF.

Had an appointment and was running a few mins behind showed up and they said I missed my appointment without even receiving a courtesy call. Very unprofessional would not recommend this branch.

Bad service on the drive thru. This happened on the day I decided to deposit some money, and the guy didn't accept my money because I had the ID expired.
