“JPS Diesel Shop is the place to go if you have a diesel truck, I can assure you. They are experts with all things diesel. I was extremely impressed starting with my first communication with them on the phone. I had a 1-ton diesel GMC pickup truck that had starting and ignition issues, and I had been to more than one shop about it, but it continued to have issues with starting. One shop wanted to replace the starter plus other work that would be over $1,000. I declined because it is an extra vehicle we use to pull our RV, and I called JPS at the request of my wife after she read their reviews. They took an immediate interest in diagnosing and correcting my problem. Since the truck would not start, the owner and a technician came to my house to look at it. With no service call charge. After an inspection, the issue was quickly diagnosed, fixed, and within a few minutes, the truck was running for the first time in many weeks. Now it runs just fine without replacing several parts I thought I may need and that any other shop would surely have charged me accordingly! They are the most honest, respectful and expert diesel mechanics I’ve ever seen. I would take any vehicle to them in confidence that they are the best shop to trust with your vehicle. 5 stars ⭐️ plus!”

During this entire process, she was very prompt, explained everything clearly, follow-up was excellent, highly courteous, very helpful and extremely co-operative. Her staff followed her foot steps. He swapped out our battery in the 100 degree heat and did it with a smile. Totally want above and beyond the call of duty. He was friendly, efficient shared his story with us and his own personal experience being a Veteran. Totally transformed our experiences from a transaction to building a relationship of trust appreciation and enjoyment. “I just want to start by saying this has got to be the best service I’ve have ever gotten. I had a problem with my alternator and wasn’t close to home (1hr 1/2 away) so I decided stop by here and get help by from James and nick. Of the back once going in very welcoming and I ask for a diagnostic on my alternator nick helped me and explained everything with detail and unfortunately I found out it was damaged and I was worried since I didn’t have any tools I wouldn’t be able to replace/warranty another one. Once I said I could not remove it nick offered tools to be able to remove it and I’m so thankful for that without it I wouldn’t be able to make it home. Overall I’m grateful for their service.”
“Just got my car back from Rite Co yesterday, I had a small fender bender. Kassi, the office manager is awesome. She took such good care of me. She even knew it was me when I called to check the progress of my ride (she answered the phone using my name). A very nice touch.
Rick, the owner is very nice and professional. Had some issues with the way the insurance company paid the claim to the shop, Rick was very cool and didn't want me to have to wait another day to get my car, and let me take it even though he hadn't been fully paid.
