My car broke down on Highway 78, and fortunately, the first safe place I could pull into was this O’Reilly Auto Parts. Ahmad and his coworker were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong with my car and identify the part I needed.
They even let me stay inside the store while I waited for my husband to arrive, and they kindly lent me a phone charger so I could stay connected. They were truly my heroes today!

“I am a Fleet Manager for a large excavation company and use these guys almost daily, your not going to find a more knowledgeable staff and what seems to be everything you may need/want in a parts store. If they do not have it they will actually work and find it for you. They are able to make hydraullic hoses for just about anything out there as well as parts for big trucks, miniex and, skidsteer tracks. We have always been able to save quite a bit of time and money utilizing their knowledge and parts availability.”

“Everything went as promised. They have a positive, helpful attitude. I sent both side mirrors from my 2004 Lexus LS430 in for repair. “I had a great experience with Maaco. Scheduling the initial appointment was easy and convenient.
My car seat was tilted at approximately 150 degrees, and the adjustment switch had stopped working. The team corrected the seat position and diagnosed the issue as a faulty seat switch.
I asked them to order the replacement part, and they promptly did so and scheduled a follow-up appointment for the replacement. They were also flexible and accommodating when I chose to use a part I had purchased online instead of the one they had ordered.
As an added bonus, they aligned the headboard at no extra charge.
Ryleigh, the Sales Manager, was especially helpful and went out of her way to ensure my issue was resolved. I appreciate the professionalism, flexibility, and customer service provided by the team.
