My car broke down on Highway 78, and fortunately, the first safe place I could pull into was this O’Reilly Auto Parts. Ahmad and his coworker were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong with my car and identify the part I needed.
They even let me stay inside the store while I waited for my husband to arrive, and they kindly lent me a phone charger so I could stay connected. They were truly my heroes today!

“Where do I begin… From the moment I walked through the doors with such high stress and frustration due to calls from the adjusters and dealing with rental issues. Zoey and Matthew took control and made the process incredibly easy and stress free. They listened and comforted me due to being rear ended and not knowing what the process was, they communicated throughout the process and I got calls and updates along the way.
Professionalism was what they delivered.
Just picked up my Audi Q5 and it looks completely Brand Spankin New!
Matthew and his team stayed later than normal to make sure I was satisfied with the final product, Matthew knew exactly what I pointed out and made it a point to deliver PERFECTION.

“Everything went as promised. They have a positive, helpful attitude. I sent both side mirrors from my 2004 Lexus LS430 in for repair. They rebuilt both of them, shipped them back quickly and I have had no problems since. It is now three months since I re-installed them. Total price, including return freight was $365.00. I was nervous shipping both of them at one time, all the way to Texas from Los Angeles, but I took the chance and am happy that I did. John H.”
