U-haul local dealer. We rented a tow dolly from u-haul. Changed reservations several times before pick-up. Owner accommodated us and was exceedingly helpful.

Right now I'm not happy at all. Went to get my boat which has been stored there since 2010, and the lock has been changed and there is no property manager. Made my payments on time, no call, no email. Looks like all the doors have been replaced. Can't trust them if something is missing or this behavior is not corrected.
