Took me to see all the different units and answered any questions I had. Gave me a small tour of the grounds so I knew my way around. She called to check back in and after looking at some other places around the area and not getting any customer service, we new this was the place!”

“Very welcoming and courteous. I booked the unit online but when I got there to look at the unit I decided it wasn’t quite large enough. It was really easy to look at a larger unit and upgrade. Wysondria was super helpful and understanding. The grounds are very clean and the units and buildings are in great condition. You can see that they take care of the property very well. It was a great experience and would get a unit here anytime.”

She is super resourceful too! Such a blessing I chose this location. It is close to my home. I feel my things are safe and secure here! Being out in the country I do expect things to get dusty. Lacey had all the tools to make sure the unit was clean. She even let me choose a bigger unit that was on my reservation and didn’t mind changing the paperwork. “544 Boat & RV Storage is absolutely AMAZING! The owner is incredibly professional, super friendly, and genuinely goes out of his way to help. The facility is very secure and I feel 100% confident leaving both my RV and boat on-site. What really blew me away was when my truck was in the shop and I needed my RV moved for a trip they stepped in without hesitation and took care of it. That kind of service is rare these days. “I love this storage facility. I used this storage facility for a year then didn’t need it anymore. I then decided again I needed a storage unit decided to use public storage due to it having an outside unit but I didn’t like it at all. Not only is Morningstar storage affordable, you have 24 hour access without having to pay more, and they offer dollys, a free box truck for moving, easy access to restrooms, and water fountains. I will never try another facility as long as I stay in Rockwall. I highly recommend this place.”
“I've had a storage unit here for a little over 2 years now and just got a second unit. Both John and Janet are great. Very helpful and kind. I tend to forget to lock up time to time when leaving my unit and Janet has always made sure to put a temp lock on my unit to ensure that my belongings are safe and secure. Also should out to the maintenance guy, Tyler. Cool dude, nice and helpful, good vibes all around. Would definitely recommend Morningstar Storage to a friend. Pricing is fair if not above average 10/10”

“I've needed to rent storage space several times in my life but this has to be the best experience I've had so far.
Lisa was a great help and went above and beyond what her job title is I'm sure. Before i even arrived I was properly informed on everything i should know before making the trip over. She made me and my two year old daughter feel very welcome and like family. She was very professional throughout the process yet still made it seem like we were old friends. I highly recommend renting from hardcastle mainly from my great experience with Miss Lisa but also the units are well maintained and easy to get to. The office is inviting and there is plenty of good parking. Prices are very reasonable as well.”
