The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Not much of a wait after an appointment. The staff were phenomenal people and couldn't have had a better introduction into banking with Chase. A pleasant experience was had. Staff helped order a different debit card and answer some quick questions including how to contact mortgage. This location has always been helpful. A super sweet banker just helped add an additional account. The interaction was a pleasure and enjoyable. Great work. Please give a larger keyboard and nails have some room to breath.
I needed a signature certified by a notary and Daisy Martinez was extremely polite when she logged me in and asked me to wait a few minutes while she helped other customers. She was incredibly professional and provided excellent service. I was in and out in 30 minutes time.

The interior atm allows for specific bill requests, but doesnt have 10s. Clean and professional.
