We are building a new home and decided at the last minute that the kitchen faucet and accessories that I had originally selected/installed with our builder were just not achieving the look I wanted for our new custom kitchen. I went to Moore Supply and Yolanda helped me find the perfect faucet by Brizo! She spent a lot of time with me coordinating all of the matching pieces (soap dispenser , garbage disposal air button, sink flange, and pot filler). I absolutely love them! We had a slight issue with the finish on the Brizo gold finish and she immediately jumped to action, contacted Brizo and had everything replaced and overnighted so I was able to get these installed before closing. I will never buy a plumbing fixture anywhere else! The customer service here is wonderful!”

“A week before Christmas, the hot water heater starts leaking. Our Bradford had gone out after 30 years of service, and we had to get a new one.

I chose to go to Ferguson because they were a supplier and sold Bradford directly to the public (Usually you have to go through a plumber to get a Bradford). Elaine was extremely helpful, educating me on what I was looking for and what to watch out for. I did my best to get the modern version of our same model, and she had politely warned me I might want to opt for the tall model that is skinny if ours is in the attic (Apparently all Houston area suburb attic entries are similarly sized..) The measurements were similar enough that I went ahead and got the short one. They only had one in stock in a beat up box, so she cut it open to show it to me just to make sure I could see what I was getting.

It was 1/4 inch off from fitting (They were right)... SO! I bring back the heater the Monday before Christmas and, true to her word, they took it back, no hassle, no issues. The service Elaine and the team at Ferguson provided was extremely polite, professional, and educative. I can't recommend them highly enough.”
