“Flawlessy smooth process from start to finish. They provided me a quote over the phone when I first reached out, and I was able to schedule them to come measure the day after I closed on my home so we could get the ball rolling quickly. Cesar was very low pressure. He made a few suggestions, some I accepted and others I did not. He listened to what I wanted, and we ironed out a plan that would work. Installation crew showed up on time and got right to work. Props to the guys for working around my dogs, too. I had workers outside the home at the same time and could not put my dogs outside, so they were tethered to me on their leashes. One is very reactive and dislikes strangers. The installation crew was great about giving a verbal heads up if they were going to pass through the room giving me a chance to redirect my reactive dog. By the time the installation was done, my dogs couldn't have cared less about their presence. The crew cleaned up after themselves. The door looks fantastic, and I can't wait to enjoy it.”

We did run into a small hiccup when picking up our slab, but Rod, the manager, stepped in immediately and made everything right. They have a great team at Omni.
If you’re in the market for countertops, Omni is absolutely worth a visit. It really speaks volumes when a manager takes a hands-on approach to ensure every customer is well taken care of.”

“When you run out of options at name brand stores, there's always a gem like this in a city. Came to Morrison Supply Company to get pipe insulation foam. I could not find them in home Depot and Lowe's; they had run out. This place had them in stock and in all sizes. I did not shop for anything else at the store but it looks like they have supplies for all kinds of pipe related things.”

David and his team worked with us throughout the entire process, providing detailed drawings, descriptions, and updates, including through numerous adjustments that had to be made due to other people's actions.

Ilse has taken the great service you should expect from a quality company and made it absolutely above and beyond outstanding. A case study should be written on how to do everything right Ilse style.
