They provided me a quote over the phone when I first reached out, and I was able to schedule them to come measure the day after I closed on my home so we could get the ball rolling quickly. Cesar was very low pressure. He made a few suggestions, some I accepted and others I did not. He listened to what I wanted, and we ironed out a plan that would work. Installation crew showed up on time and got right to work. Props to the guys for working around my dogs, too. I had workers outside the home at the same time and could not put my dogs outside, so they were tethered to me on their leashes. One is very reactive and dislikes strangers. The installation crew was great about giving a verbal heads up if they were going to pass through the room giving me a chance to redirect my reactive dog.
