About three months ago, she yelled at a customer in front of others over a simple question about pricing. Her behavior was so aggressive that the customer felt compelled to report her to headquarters. Since that incident, she hasn't yelled again, but the memory left a negative impression. The staff at Shell also includes helpful employees who provide good customer service. Customers have mentioned that, despite feeling a bit awkward reviewing a gas station, they want to acknowledge the staff's helpfulness and friendly attitude. The store itself is nice and clean. The cashier was obviously was new. He could not tell me the price of the soft drinks and there are no posted prices for each size.
