“went to get my freon pressure checked, and they pointed out my radiator fan wasn’t even plugged in.. really thankful they didn’t stop at just the pressure check, and pointed out a big issue to me. been thru multiple oil changes, inspections, and no place has gone the extra mile like they have. really kind people.. i cannot begin to describe how thankful i am”

“Came in due to a flat and excessive choppiness of ride. Was expecting to have to replace one tire, but they inspected my tires and showed me where they had excessive cupping on the inside, resulting in poor ride. I had just had a 4-wheel alignment done, and everything was now spot on, but still rode like crap. When my TPS alerted me of tire pressure descending, I pulled over and checked it, it was 10 lbs low, so I inflated it back up and proceeded to the nearest DT, and took care of the problem. Bought a full set of Yokohamas once they showed me the damage. All four had the same unnatural wear pattern, to varying degrees, likely due to me rotating the tires regularly. Now it rides like a dream! Thanks, DT!”
“Was talked into a part replacement that didn’t need replacement. Don’t believe a thorough test was applied to the older part before it was replaced. Had older part tested with a simple OBD scanner and it worked 100%. Also bracket holding the part was not installed correct and was broken. Waisted time and lost of $$.
Be mindful of what is suggested and make sure a through test/diagnostic is performed before agreeing.”
