“These guys are the best! I took my Nissan there because it was having major issues. I had first taken it to a different place and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I had it towed to this Firestone Complete Auto Care and of course my Nissan stopped acting up and the check engine light was off so I left the Firestone shop and on the way home the check engine light came on and the Nissan started acting up again. I limped it back up to Firestone and they checked it with the check engine light on and come to find out the battery and alternator were bad. They put both on my Nissan and my Warranty covered the Alternator installation. I was supposed to have a 100.00 CoPay but the guys here didn’t make me pay it because they felt bad for not initially finding the problem. I was supposed to pay full price for the battery but they gave me a discount on that as well and they insta new battery bracket for me because my original bracket was off. Really good guys. They truly take care of their customers.”
