The UPS Store in League City offers packing, shipping, printing, a mailbox, notary, shredding and faxing. It is locally owned and operated. The staff is consistently described as the best, extremely nice, friendly, helpful, patient, professional, fast and efficient. They are always busy but work through the rush with smiles. Customers note the staff is patient even with grumpy or rude customers and makes helpful arrangements during high-volume times like holidays. While most experiences are very positive, there have been rare issues with package notification systems. Overall, reviewers love this place and find the amazing crew to be professional and friendly.
Poor clerks here are super busy and look to just be done with it all.

I was just at this location and had an issue with an Amazon return and the lovely Jennifer really stepped up and resolved the issue even though it took a few extra steps. She really did me a huge favor and I'm grateful! Jennifer, you are a ROCK STAR!!
