ARC Leander clinic has pleasant and efficient appointment. The doctor is gentle, professional, and understanding, very patient. Lab staff is fabulous and found a room to allow a person to lay down while blood is drawn, help with tips. Every person who works in the office is kind, respectful, and knowledgable. Scheduling an annual wellness exam is difficult because the location is busy, so preventative recommend scheduling a month or two in advance and not during peak times. Many recommend the clinic for pleasant and efficient help.

For someone in leander it is near and convenient. Front desk staff needs to be improved, for this clinic, can be better in terms of categorizing the type of appointments and rescheduling avoid multiple visits for the patient due to confusion. Had this happen twice with me until now.

This location was easy to get in for an appointment and Dr. Settipalle was very friendly, knowledgeable & patient with all of my questions! They also have a M-F lab at this location, which is convenient.
