“I saw Dr. Manthena at the Leander ARC clinic for an annual wellness exam. She was gentle, professional, and understanding of all of my health concerns. She was also very patient. I would recommend her for all.Lab staff was fabulous. They found a room to allow me to lay down while getting blood drawn. Staff was very patient and help with tips.Scheduling an annual for this location was difficult, but only because it’s a busy location during a busy time. I’d recommend scheduling preventative visits a month or two in advance and not during peak times like right before school year starts or the end of insurance benefits period.”

“Jessica drew my blood both times and was phenomenal. I’m a phlebotomist myself and normally I have to get stuck twice when getting blood drawn but she got me on the first try both times! She was polite and so friendly. The business was clean and I got in there so quick both times. It’s right by my job and I’ve gone on my lunch breaks and it’s been so quick. I’m so thankful! Perfect location! Thanks so much!”

“I don't know what it is about HEB, but sushi is always on point at every location. I mostly come here because I am one of their FAVOR runners. This location is really nice too and big. Staff members are super helpful when I need to find items for an order for a customer.”

“This is a lab testing for medical facility that is very busy, but in my experience, very well run and an efficient setup.I have always found the staff there to be friendly and professional and have always been in and out with very little waiting and hassle. This is about all I can think of to say for this particular service provider. But that's what matters with a lab testing facility.So in final, a convenient location in West Round Rock and clean facility with easy parking along with a professional and friendly staff at the clinical pathology laboratories makes for an all-around great experience and I have no complaints at all. Highly recommend this to anyone who needs lab tests and etc done.”

“Nice clean facility. It's in a larger building, which is a part of a larger medical complex. I had an appointment and was seen fairly quickly once checked in. Lady at the front was nice, although she was the only one working there. I went on a Friday, and there was minimal rush.”

“Didn’t have to wait very long after my appointment time at all. The two techs that helped me were really nice and friendly. I have terrible veins and am used to people having to dig around or stick multiple times to get blood. This tech got it on the first stick and barely moved it around to get my blood to come out. I SUPER appreciated that.”

“This is a hidden gem in Cedar Park. If you need lab work--come here!I arrived right before lunch and was still able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. The phlebotomists run the front desk, so I suspect any complaints about service can probably be attributed to stress on doing two jobs (and only one, the blood draws, that is their skill set). I found my check in interaction to go smoothly.The blood draw was difficult due to my tired veins (I'm a 20 year platelet donor), but the phlebotomist was able to find and get the draw. She was focused and patient.I will be back here.”
