“Fantastic service and couldn't be nicer! My two-month-old Panasonic microwave oven was tripping the circuit breaker. Wasn't sure if it was the oven or the new house wiring. Next day, they phoned me and reported the oven checked out ok. I talked with the technician about the problem. He was helpful and came up with a list of four different things to have the electrician check. Great service -- and all handled under warranty, so no charge this time.”

“They were friendly and informative over the phone so it made my decision easy to have them repair my broken iPhone screen. Competitive pricing and lower than other places I called. The gentleman that fixed my screen was kind, efficient, and finished in 20 minutes.”

“Fantastic experience!! Walked in thinking I had a cracked screen on my iPhone. Jessica quickly determined it was a defective screen protector. Removed and replaced in 5 minutes at a reasonable price. Nice to know I'm covered in the event I need anything in the future.”

“Straight to the point!I called about repairing an HDTV with a large discolored spot. Based on the brand, size, and age of the TV, the gentleman on the phone was able to diagnose the likely problem (a broken backlight), quote me for the repair, and recommend that buying a new TV from a better brand would be a much wiser investment, since my current TV would likely have the same problem down the road. One quick phone call answered all my questions & gave me great, actionable advice. If I ever have problems with another HDTV, these folks will be my first call.”

“So my iPhone7 is acting weird when I'm using Google Maps. The voice volume is loud-soft-loud etc ... so I'm thinking do I really have to drive down to the Apple store in the Domain? Ugh. Check on line and the Cell Doctor pops up... has good Reviews and it's relatively close by so I call 1st to confirm I can walk in, which I can and so I do about 30 minutes later. It's in the Lakeline Mall by the AMF Theater. EZ to find, ez to Park. The fellow I talk to, same as on the phone, checks a few things(?) and then sez Let me have about 20 minutes or so to look it over, and so I agree, walk around the Mall, have a cuppa coffee and return about 30 minutes later. "The phone is fine, I even changed the microphone but it's Ok so I put yours back... might be the software, you could update it or remove & reload." Thanked him, no charge, went home, removed & reloaded Maps and...works just fine! So now, I gotta say you really have to visit this shop... not because he didn't charge me, but because he was: knowledgeable, and most important of all...Honest! ...and Honesty earns my Support.”

And he didn't even charged me for the service. This problem gave me a big headache. I'm really glad I took my laptop to the uBreakiFix.”
