UbreakIFIX did this miracle for such a low price!As I waited, I overheard other clients needing parts, or technical help, and the customer service was so helpful and thorough. UbreakIFIX called and found a part for a client at another store. Brandon worked so diligently to help whoever was in front of his counter. “Took my iPhone SE in for a charging port repair. They told me they probably didn’t have the parts on hand, but asked me to give them a couple of minutes to look at it. A few minutes later he came back and said it was good to go, just lint in the port. I told him I had already tried to blow it out, but he said it was packed in there and they had to extract it. Figured I’d cancel the first order when I picked up the batteries. The staff beat me to it. Realized what had happened and proactively canceled the more expensive order. Once I was in the store they made recommendations on how to get the most out of the batteries. Really appreciate all their help.
