“I got my MacBook Air back today, and all I can say is WOW. After an accidental spill, I was told locally that the laptop couldn’t be saved and that I shouldn’t waste my time trying to repair it. By the time I sent it to Rossmann, both the trackpad and screen were completely frozen. They made it look and work like nothing had ever happened! It took a little while to get it back, but it was absolutely worth the wait. During their final inspection, they found an additional issue before sending it back and took the time to order new parts and make sure everything was properly repaired. The price was incredibly reasonable—so much so that buying a new laptop would have been a complete waste of money. Thank you to everyone at Rossmann Repair Group for saving the day!!”

“It turned out my LINN system was actually fine and not really certain why it was acting the way it was. With that said, the folks at Pyramid entertained my delusions and after testing it themselves, agreed to my bringing all my equipment in so it could be tested (plug it in and push music through all equipment) as a complete set. It worked. Still not feeling warm and fuzzy, I brought it home and set it all up again, outside its cabinet; worked. tore it down and installed again, in the cabinet (permanent) and voila! it works! Appreciate these guys and their patience with me very much”
