“I don't trust my amps to anyone other than Ben, and any serious musician should have the same mentality.Ben is very knowledgeable about tube and solid state equipment and is honest/upfront about what needs to be fixed on your equipment. He also shares simple tips on how you can participate in the upkeep of your equipment. I've been taking my amps to Ben 1-2x a year since about 2016 for routine maintenance and my gear has not failed in the studio or on stage since he began servicing my gear.It's important to support local music businesses, especially in Austin. Based on the brand, size, and age of the TV, the gentleman on the phone was able to diagnose the likely problem (a broken backlight), quote me for the repair, and recommend that buying a new TV from a better brand would be a much wiser investment, since my current TV would likely have the same problem down the road.One quick phone call answered all my questions & gave me great, actionable advice. If I ever have problems with another HDTV, these folks will be my first call.”

“I cracked the screen on my Android phone. I took it to UBIF for repairs. They did not have a screen in stock for my phone but ordered one without requesting any kind of payment. They told me to feel free to shop around, but I just went back when they said the screen would be in. It was and they swapped it out in less time than promised. The screen was an OEM part. “I never knew batteries plus did phone repairs. Mine was a mess. Broken screen and it started to flash on the bottom half. They basically rebuilt it and had it ready in an hour. I was surprised. So from the time I dropped it off, I was back getting it in 1 hour I should say. Looks brand new and works flawless. Saved me feom buying a new phone which would have been double. Anyway, the guys there were all super friendly and extremely helpful and upbeat. I have had watch batteries replaced there in the past and their prices were very low. They have every battery there you can imagine. It is my go to spot now.”

He spent a lot of time troubleshooting to find exactly what was wrong with it. The issue was not just a cracked screen, but also the camera assembly, but he got it mostly functioning, so my son could use until he finds a new one. Much appreciated!”
“Had a wonderful experience with Taylor he went above and beyond to take care of me and my small family again. I thought I was going to have to replace a charger port after my friend set my phone and mashed potatoes instead it was a simple cleaning. “My iPhone battery was wearing down and I made the mistake of going to a competitor a few months ago and they put in a generic battery that wouldn't even last through the day. My wife suggested CPR. I went in and spoke with Emma, and within an hour she had replaced my crappy battery with an iPhone battery and it runs like it did when it was new. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go see Emma first. She's awesome!”
