It's actually one of the nicest storage units I have ever used. Although they never answer the phone, the ladies at the front are very accommodating. I rented here online and went to the store for the first time, Tasha was so patient and helpful! She answered all of my questions and walked me to my unit while giving me lots of tips to make my move and storing at this facility very smooth!
