“I’ve been renting a space with this company for years. We have a lot of items with sentimental value in that space, and I know I can trust them to keep it safe. They have clean and secure properties and are always professional when I call in for anything. My most recent experience was with Tierny, at the Leander location. She was extremely friendly, and went above and beyond to help us. Even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was in place. Cannot recommend this facility enough!”

“It feels weird to leave a review for a storage place, but its seriously the best (and I've had a lot of storage units lol). The units are brand new and super clean, the staff was extremely friendly and overly helpful. They beat other place's advertised pricing (and didn't up the pricing every month like the other ones all do...). Since I lived nearby they even delivered a massive, crazy nice trailer for me to fill with my stuff AND they came and picked it up.I recently moved too far away and had to change storage places, and am reminded constantly how much better they were. Thank you (miss you )!!”

“I needed a multi unit storage solution and was glad that I came across this location and Tasha. My storage needs are little unusual comparatively and Tasha understood very clearly what I needed. She went above and beyond to assist me and got precisely what was needed. She attentive, thorough, and super helpful in walking me through the whole process. I have used different storage facilities over the years and the interaction with Tasha was by far one the best. I highly recommend this location and working with her to get your storage needs met!”

“I want to give Rocky Top RV a shut out for what an amazing service they offered! Joanie was fabulous - she answered all of my questions about the RV rental space as I am a first time trailer owner and know nothing about how it works to rent a space. She was patient and followed up with me to make sure I was taken cared of. My space was put on hold and she even reached out to me first asking if I still wanted to rent it before renting it to someone else. That's very professional! Sadly, I did not end up renting with them because I found another location that has covered parking. Otherwise, I would happily use them as their rates are also very reasonable.”

“I've used Mini storage for 4 years now. The price is fair and consistent. The gate is always functioning. I come and go 2x a day 6 days a week and I've never been locked out or had any problems accessing this place. It's clean and organized and I love that it's gated with cameras and lots of lighting. I feel at ease leaving anything here.”

“Just rented a unit in no time on my lunch break. The website made it easy and Erin even happily answered my questions that I had when I called before renting out the unit. Gave me that much more confidence knowing that the people working the facilities were kind and patient. I called the next day and spoke to another woman because I realized I didn’t have the correct lock, she happily charged it to my card that they had on file and even left it in my unit, knowing I’d only be able to come after 6pm.10/10 service so far!”

“This is the best storage I have ever rented! The owner is very responsive and flexible! It's an easy in and out storage with drive up access. If you need a storage that you can easily access without all the annoying extra paperwork rent here! You literally can go online, rent the one you want, and immediately have access. The paperwork is in the unit and you just drop it in the office box at your convenience! Oh, and you don't have to buy their stupid lock. ðŸ‘😀”

I have worked in service to others for 35 years and have never seen an employee so dedicated to truly helping a new customer in need as I did when I met Tonya Dotson. The patience, kindness and grace she showed me will not soon be forgotten.(Your company has a customer for life in me.) She, in every way a company could want, went above and beyond to make both me and the items I stored with you feel secure, welcomed, and most of all safe. I walked into your Leander location on what may be the darkest day any man could have, and left that afternoon with more than a small part of my faith in humanity restored. All because of Tonya Dotson. I gather this review may not read like a normal “space was great, service was fast, people were great” review, and that is intentional. I’m hoping this is read by a real person, and that someone or everyone in your company knows what this amazing employee did for a random stranger. From the kindness and grace she showed me in our first phone call, to her meeting me at my units location (It’s under construction so the office is closed) the very next morning, to her walking me through the process of rental with a mind toward my safety and security and then finally her insistence that she return to my location on her way home that evening to deal with a lock issue. If I could give her an 11 out of 10 I would. Ms./Mrs Dotson was so far and beyond exemplary I struggle find the words to express just how amazing she was. -Joshua”
