Rental process was very easy online, and the facilities are clean and well lit. Fortunately, unlike other rental spaces, there were plenty of dollies to help move things to the unit.

They are Extremely Kind people here. i didnt even rent a storage from them but My truck Broke down outside their building and as a new mom i couldnt afford to move it right away. They watched it for me and allowed me in to use the restroom while i was waiting. great people and great service to everyone.

Been at this location a couple of months. Love the lights in the unit, the cleanliness, the air stays cool. It’s a great facility. Most importantly, working with Sergio has been great. Very friendly and great customer focused service.

We are so impressed with Sergio at Extra Space Storage - Leander. From our move-in date, until our move-out day, we have had such a positive experience. Sergio always made time to explain things to us, was available to answer any questions we had, and communicated with us monthly. The storage facility was kept very clean and everything was always in great working condition. We highly recommend this location and Sergio, of course! When our next storage need arises, this is our first, and only, choice!

Always so easy to get help! Sergio is the nicest and communication is always clear and quick. Have had storage with them for quite some time now, even switched units and it has all been so easy! The location is always very clean as well. 10/10
