Sergio greeted me with a smile, was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and professional. He listened to my concerns and needs, and delivered excellent customer service. Sergio is awesome and deserves a raise or promotion. Getting a very temporary storage spot has NEVER been so delight!
