I would give 0 star if there was that option. Bad bad customer service. The lady couldn’t answer my simple question about the bill that I already paid. She even was not sure and still said yes. She asked me to call back without reason 🤦♀️. If you don’t know, just tell me that you don’t know.

Had to cancel my appointment for my procedure due to not having my medication delivered by this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They require a phone call between 9am-5pm for every med refill. They offer no email/text/portal messaging support making it difficult for workers to get their meds. I tried to share this feedback with Becky and she hung up on me. I am going to PillPack.
