“Leigh at the pharmacy in Leander went out of her way to fill a prescription for my son basically at closing after a very negative experience at a different pharmacy. We were from out of town and needing an antibiotic for one of my children right before a holiday. The other pharmacy failed to let us know that they do not take our insurance right before closing until we were at the register ready to pay. At that point most other pharmacies were also closing and it was going to be an hour drive to try to get it filled at another 24 hour pharmacy. Leigh saved us all from that headache which helped us all get the help we needed after a very long day. Thank you sooo much!”
“The true test of any business is how they respond when there’s a problem with your order, and I can say with certainty, and from first hand experience, that these guys go above and beyond. For example, once my prescription bottle broke during shipping despite being packed in a well padded mailer. The capsules were unaffected so I just transferred them to a different container. I mentioned this in passing the next time I called them to renew my prescription. To compensate me for the inconvenience, they did not charge any shipping fee on that order.
Recently, fedex lost my package. PD Labs is shipping me a replacement with expedited delivery.

“I used to be a customer of Integrated Rx, but my insurance changed my specialty pharmacy to Accredo Specialty. Wow! I wish it had not changed! I contacted Accredo 2 weeks ago and still don’t have my prescription! Of course you still have to get insurance approval for any pharmacy, but once Integrated had all my paperwork, refills were SO fast! With Integrated I would get prescription refills delivered overnight or I could go by a pick them up, if I needed. My new pharmacy says refills will be 7-10 days! I will definitely return to Integrated if I get the chance, you guys would call if there were any issues, and you are efficient with your business!

“The prices are great here and the folks at H.E.B. regularly check for credit card scimmers.
There is an employee building so you can pay a physical attendant if you need to.
They have a car wash and compressed air station here for your convenience also. And of course, the H.E.B. Plus is right next store so grab groceries then gas. This is my kind of efficiency.
This place is pretty busy and I almost wish they would go full on Buc 'ees to service the obvious growing demand.”
