I have never felt such trust and comfort in an auto shop. I recently took my 2008 Lexus RX8 in for an oil change, knowing something was going on with my front left tire, my strut had been leaking. They went above and beyond, notified me there was also an expired recall on my vehicle, something the previous owner did not take care of. Something serious enough to put the car out for good, and out of all the places I’ve been, none had acknowledged it. Long story short, we were able to work together to knock out a little mighty list of things to ensure my safely and the longevity of the vehicle! Lexus is a high value vehicle, meant to run long and strong, and quality care is a necessity.
Forever blessed and thankful for this place. I’d never take my vehicle anywhere else.
PS: They make a folder with all these hand written notes about your vehicle in it. Melted my heart when i saw it. ❤️ Very personal touch.”

“Huge shoutout to Matt and the team at Jiffy Lube for going above and beyond! I came in with an issue that was actually caused by another store, and not only did Matt identify the problem quickly, but he and his team also fixed what the other location couldn’t. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to make it right—even though it wasn’t their fault to begin with.
Also want to give major props to the district manager for stepping in and ensuring the situation was handled with care and integrity. It’s clear that customer service still matters here. This kind of accountability and follow-through is rare these days. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future service.”

“I just had to write in a review about this particular location, after receiving really wonderful customer service from Grey, the Store Manager, and Roy, the Service Technician. About 2 months ago, I brought in my truck because it had a dead battery. I had been having a horrible time that day trying to get a tow company to my house to tow the car and finally got it up there. Once there, a sales associate in the car center informed me they may not have the additional cable my battery needed to fix the connection issue I was having. Grey, the manager, stepped in and asked for help from Roy, one of his service technicians. They were both able to help me out and got it fixed. They really did a wonderful job in going out of their way to make sure my truck was back and running again. Thank you both so much for the wonderful customer service and for treating me with such kindness and respect. “Pleasantly surprised. Originally went to a different auto garage, showed up 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, and was told it would be a 4-5 hour wait for an oil change, WITH an appointment. I decided to try Leander Lube Express instead and not only were the mechanics extremely nice, I don't think I waited more than 10-15 minutes. Excellent, efficient service!!!”
