Worst experience! Went to take passport photos and the photo guy was too arrogant and couldn’t print the photos according to the specifications and was very very rude!!! He told us to get the pictures somewhere else! Never going there again!!!!

Yikes. I’d be embarrassed to be a manager at this Walgreens. After I was “root” to a customer associate who still doesn’t understand what changes I need to make, she stuck me on hold. I’m 22 minutes into trying to resolve my issue. They act like they don’t get paid to be there and the customer should serve them.

Terrible employee training, no one knows what is going on. Poor customer service and long lines. I asked for a refund and it took almost an hour to get it, manager came in and had no idea how to do the refund.
