“I love my dollar general ❤️They are always so friendly. My buddy’s there do everything they can to help people. even when there are people who think the workers are to immature . Haha now day’s you have Karen’s who can’t say what they want to say when they’re there at the store they have to go Vent all over on a review . I don’t know about making you feel uncomfortable I have never felt uncomfortable even at that I take my dog and to the store and they welcome us with open arms. my dog and I Have never felt uncomfortable at this store. And well sorry do you blame them for following people around when they’ve been hit so many times by thieves . I would do the same thing to . I don’t even work there and I still follow people around I make sure that the store is good so that way the workers don’t have to do it. you get these lowlife people who walk into the store and open things as if they’re going to paying for it. they eat it they walk around the store and then they leave it there for the workers to clean up that is not their job. So cut them some slack man and just chill ? Hey buddy I got You Wink Wink ?”

“It’s a great store!There’s one employee with dark hair n glasses who is never smiling n she is the only person who wears a mask and gloves. She’s not great at her customer services skills there’s times when she is upset about customers and she refuses to help. Yes she does acknowledge when someone comes to though the door with a nice greeting. Never seems to be In a good mood like the other employees there. Her being in a bad mood it’s not the best way to starting off with the day. I hear her complaining about some of the customers which is very rude n she’s gets very annoyed n frustrated very easily. It’s very unprofessional it’s like are we bothering you with are questions. It’s like literally walking on eggshells not a good feeling you want, sometimes I avoid going in just because she there. Like I said she the only person who wears a mask and gloves. It’s like she owns the whole store just horrible at her job I let this slide for so so so so very long and I’m truly tired of her awful behavior. She’s needs to go to sensitivity training for her attitude and behavior. ): it’s been like this for over three years now and no one has noticed her behavior SMH come on management if I have to go n explain myself to the Area manager I have no problem with that. Her name starts with a M dark hair and glasses!):I have read the other remarks and reviews on her and nothing has been done!!!! why write review if you’re not even going to check it daily get on the ball management!!!!!!!”

“Very clean , shelves neatly stocked. New products available. I had stopped shopping here because the store had declined so badly. I recently stopped by for 1 item and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for keeping our little neighborhood store so nice. We will start shopping at the Blanco store again regularly.”

I think management here is taking care of business.**They were the only place that was open regular hours during the snowstorm and I wouldn't doubt they saved lives with how well stocked they were.”

I really like that the Dollar Tree now offers other items above $1.25 bot more than $5!!!”

His upbeat positive attitude obviously affected the other employees because everyone seemed happy, and they were all kind and helpful. This is the Dollar Tree I will continue to shop at.”

The staff was nice and patient but seemed liked they could give less than two sh*ts about the job. Prices are high, selection is great but sketchy area and the building looks run down.”

“I went in for cat supplies but, found that they had very little mdse for cats/kittens.I did grab a few other items but, nothing that requires pictures.The store is a little cluttered and hard to navigate because of this BUT, this has always been the case here at this store.Only 1 person working this morning, so luckily it wasn't during peak busy hours.It's in my barrio, and it's closer than Family Dollar, so probably will come back when in a rush.”

“The 2 older, male Managers are great at this store. If theres an issue with incorrect pricing or unmarked or mis-marked items, they will fix it. Great customer svc from them. Most of the employees work hard except for 1. She likes to hide and constantly walks away from her register to go visit her boyfriend thats hanging out in the store. Seen her do this many a time. I spend lots of money here and stay here shopping for at least 2-3 hrs. I dont go to HEB anymore nor Walmart for my groceries. This store has marked down their prices on alot of the products lately so thats a plus. Great store. Very clean too. Kudos to those 2 Managers and hard working employees.”

“Love this dollar tree. Managers are always so friendly and friendly staff. This store is always one of the few that’s actually only stocked up with everything other stores don’t have. They also re inflate balloons for u if the balloons been sitting there. They always welcome me with such great attitudes and never have an issue with helping u look for stuff. u do need to go with exact change sometimes if u don’t use a card, but never been an issue. Store is very clean and well kept up. Employees work so hard here!”

“Great location. Great selection. A little disorganized but not terribly. No hand baskets which is a carry over from the Covid days. Other locations use them so I am not sure why this location doesn't. With there being no hand baskets you have to use full size shopping carts, and that is only if one is available. If not that means you either have to wait for another customer to finish using one, or carry everything with you as you shop. I imagine that this hurts business for this store as I see customers not opting to wait, or carry things.”
