It’s basically the mini groom. But, that was her first experience.
She’s almost 7 years old now.
I’ll admit that there was a dip in service for a couple of years post pandemic. But, things have returned to be more consistent.
I’ve taken her elsewhere. But, she and I are just more comfortable with K9 Cafe.”

“Was in search of a companion for my 5 year old daughter. Went in wednesday with my sister and we fell in love with a pomsky that felt like the perfect match for my daughter. Came in again on Thursday with my husband so he could meet the pomsky. He fell in love too and we bought her. The staff was all very helpful, understanding that this was our daughter's first puppy for herself, and very educational when going over the pomsky's file. They eased any fears my husband and I may have had and answered all of our questions. My daughter named her pomsky Rhea and by the end of the night she said she has a best friend for life.”
“Update 3/5/2026... Took my GS back here for her 2nd visit, we were fortunate enough to have Alecia Olsen again as our groomer. Let me tell you, she is the best groomer we have ever had. Our 2 dogs are so well cared for, so clean, so happy. We will never go anywhere else as long as Alecia is here and if she leaves we will follow. What a great experience at Petsmart. Alecia Olsen is Spectacular!! Moved to Texas. Found this Petsmart on DeZavala. We have a 77lb G Sheppard and a 70lb Huskey. She did such a fantastic job grooming them. They are beautiful. We will never go to another groomer. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you Alecia. Lenny and Jenny....”

“I bought a bird cage and some accessories, and overall the experience was decent. The staff helped me check sizes properly before purchase, which I appreciated. One cage had a minor scratch, and I noticed it before leaving, so they replaced it without discussion. The shop layout is slightly cramped, especially near the bird section, but still manageable. It’s not the fanciest place, but they handle issues quickly and don’t make things complicated when something goes wrong.”
