“I took one of my vehicles in for a grinding and humming noise coming from the rear end of the car and this was my first time using this place and I must tell you I am very knowledgeable of cars and very critical of those who works on my vehicles ! These guys diagnosed exactly as I did without me saying a word as to what I thought it was , since I’m no longer able to do repairs myself I let these guys fix the car. They replaced the rear axle hub and also did a brake job and what a FANTASTIC job !!! They took their time and diagnosed it thoroughly and effectively. I have to say what they charged me is far less than what other shops would have charged me. They took very good care of my car and they were all very professional, polite and I truly recommend this place for all your automotive needs. I don’t usually give reviews or high marks but this place deserves it.”

“J.D. Collision Express lived up to their name! Had a hit n run the morning of Early Voting and zero witnesses. Luckily, our insurance handled most of the expenses with little out of pocket and JD was one of their network shops with some of the higher ratings. We went with them and so glad we did. Not only was the customer service top notch, so was the time it took for completion. They estimated about two weeks but to my surprise it took less than ONE! Everything turned out great and the fact they offer a lifetime warranty on repairs is unreal! Makes us feel confident about the work.”

“My truck broke down, and I've always used Alanis in the past. I haven't used them in 10 years. Still had number in my cellphone saved. Called them up, they quickly answered and dispatched a flatbed tow truck my way. The price was absolutely awesome considering it was a tow from 410 Bandera all the way to 4 miles east of Castroville. Great service, even tho my troka is old and beat up, the driver treated it like it was a Cadillac. Awesome service, highly satisfied.”

“I read some of the more recent reviews and was a bit skeptical, but I had no issues at all when here. Probably took 5 minutes from walking in the door to being in the driver seat of my rental. I guess they didn’t go out of their way to be overly polite or anything (read a lot of reviews about rude customer service and such) but I had no complaints with my interactions, and care more about somebody just doing their job quickly and well, and that’s exactly what I got here. Also, drop off was just as easy and smooth.”
