“My friend’s tire blew up about 16 minutes from their place.
I had been calling around and very few places were open on a Sunday after 6pm.
I even left a voicemail with another place before calling Big B’s.
Big B’s answered the phone right away, discussed some ideas with me considering all the tire shops were closed, and then came right away!
They told us they had no problem dropping it off at a tire shop and they didn’t even need us to follow.
I was also surprised at how affordable it was. Just a flat rate for picking it up and dropping it off. Very nice.
They also were extremely friendly and kind so all in all, I will forever recommend them if towing is ever needed in the future.”

Not because of the repair itself; your rig is a working machine, repairs are inevitable; but because of the potential legal armed robbery that might take place during this transaction. I sought out these guys because I was working my rig in this area and needed these repairs done immediately. The owner and son at this establishment are very knowledgeable and know what they're doing. No guessing games, you tell them the problem, they know the solution. My truck is a 1992 Volvo WIA and my buddy's truck is a 2020 KW and both were repaired flawlessly with no stick up involved. Alot of shops can either work on newer trucks or older trucks but rarely both. These guys do it all. Prices were very reasonable. This is my go to shop from here on out in the San Antonio area...”
“Jose is an absolute legend. I was trying to get rid of a car that has been sitting in my garage for years. I contacted Pick-N-Pull to sell it and everything was going good til their tow service came. They told me they won’t take it from my garage. I found Piyo through a google search and asked if he could get it out of my garage. Jose came by same day in less than an hour, on a weekend too. He got it out of my garage in less than 10 minutes. It was awesome. I ended up just selling him the car for the price difference of his tow quote and Pick-N-Pulls offer for the car. He made it so easy and paid me on the spot. I will go with this service if I ever need a tow and tell all my friends and family. USE THIS SERVICE! Absolutely amazing.

“I was in the cell phone lot at SAT waiting to pick up my wife and had the radio on but the engine not running. When my wife texted me that she was ready to be picked up I went to start the car and nothing, the battery went dead. Called JR Roadside assistance and he came out within 20 minutes and got me jump started and on my way. Mind you this was after 10:00 PM. Very fast response and friendly service, thank you!”
