“I’ve had a really good experience at First Convenience Bank in Levelland. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they take the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. The process of opening an account was easy, and the staff made everything simple to understand. Being located inside Walmart is also super convenient. Overall, it’s a great place to bank, and I would definitely recommend it.”

“I had a huge problem with my account this week (like a -1000.00 problem). I was freaking out like never before so went in to see about fixing this. I don't know if you could see it in my face that I was stressed out about this or what but Beatrice Posadas jumped in head first and got my account back where it was supposed to be by the end of the day. She went above and beyond by calling me through out the day with updates until this was resolved. She definitely needs a raise for her outstanding dedication to prosperity customers.”

“Every time we have gone into the credit union, we have always felt welcomed! This summer, after my mother passed away, I had some very unprofessional issues with another bank. As soon as I walked into Hockley County Credit Union, I was greeted by Angie Vest with the biggest hug and her telling me how sorry she was about my loss. I hadn't said anything about it, but they make it a point to know everyone, not only as customers but as friends! I can't imagine banking anywhere else!”
