“Had the extreme pleasure of meeting JAKE today. He is a true professional in every way. He greeted me, listened to what I needed, and very quickly sprang into action. He trimmed my map, helped me find the correct frame, mounted the map, attached a wire hanger, sealed the backside of my framed map, and covered it with a sheet of plastic. He did all of this as I was asking him questions about what he was doing. He even thanked me for my service in the Navy, since he noticed my Navy hat.
