“Just got home from using Michael's balloon services for the first time. Not only is the quality exactly what I expected, but the customer service was phenomenal. I just bought a bunch of balloons last night and all of them where under filled, and deflated by this morning. The associates who helped me where happy, helpful, and overall just pleasant to be around. They even where kind and engaging with my children. They also helped me load up my car. They secured my future balloon needs and business. I didn't get their names but the blonde girl and guy who wears glasses, have incredible attitudes and made all the difference.”
“One of my wife’s favorite stores . I decided I’d go and get what she needed this go around. With not being familiar with the store I asked employees directions and they delivered. Was able to be in an out in no time with all items on the list”

“She has some good art being shown here as well as being a good framer. She reframed a crossstitch keepsake for me, and it really elevated this to fine art status, using a walnut, shallow shadowbox. She approaches framing as an art, and does beautiful work. Currently, all art supplies are being liquidated to allow her room to grow her business.”
“Had the extreme pleasure of meeting JAKE today. He is a true professional in every way. He greeted me, listened to what I needed, and very quickly sprang into action. He trimmed my map, helped me find the correct frame, mounted the map, attached a wire hanger, sealed the backside of my framed map, and covered it with a sheet of plastic. He did all of this as I was asking him questions about what he was doing. He even thanked me for my service in the Navy, since he noticed my Navy hat. Of my many years of having pictures framed at Hobby Lobby, JAKE has been the best. Thank you Hobby Lobby for hiring such a talented and personable young employee.”
“Loved walking around and shopping here — everything looked great, and it was honestly such a fun store to browse.
The only downside was that every employee we interacted with seemed to be having a bad day, which kind of took away from the overall experience.

“Wow - customer service was excellent! Things were pretty busy, Saturday Dec
6 at the Broadway Street, Madison,Wi, Michaels. There was a gentleman happily doing his job - running to the back to get my tree, helping his cashier, and answering questions from customers. Not sure if he was the manager or not, but he far exceeded my expectations. Pleasant, helpful and demonstrating the Holiday Spirit!”
