“The kids were absolutely delighted from start to finish. The mini white pony dressed as a unicorn was a huge hit, the children loved petting and brushing her. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure every child felt included and comfortable.
The tea party, princess parade, and dance party were adorable, and having Princess Ariel lead all the activities made the whole experience feel truly enchanting. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every parent commented on how fun and well-organized everything was.
We couldn’t have asked for a better celebration. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we’ll definitely be back for future birthdays!”

Janie and Jack never disappoint! ? I found the cutest sunglasses ?️ for my daughter, and it was her very first pair ever! ? She looks adorable in them! I also grabbed a super adorable pair of shoes ?. This isn’t the first time we’ve shopped here – we’ve picked out outfits in the past, and they’ve always been absolutely adorable! ?✨ Every time we shop here, I’m impressed by the quality and style. Highly recommend for anyone looking for chic and stylish kids’ clothes! ??”
“Richard at the JCPenney Photo Studio did an amazing job with my graduation photos. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that he genuinely loves what he does. He brought so much enthusiasm and professionalism to the session, which immediately made me feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Since it was just me for the session, I was a little unsure how the photos would turn out, but Richard guided me through everything. He gave great direction on poses, adjusted the lighting and angles perfectly, and made sure every shot looked its best. His attention to detail and eye for photography really showed.
What stood out the most was his passion for his work. He truly cared about getting great photos and making the experience enjoyable. The whole session felt relaxed, fun, and very professional.
If you are taking graduation photos or booking a session at the JCPenney Photo Studio, I highly recommend asking for Richard. He is an excellent photographer and made the experience a great one.”

“We shopped in the girl section. We found some good items. There wasn't an abundance of inventory in this section. They did have quite a few jean styles. The store was clean and well organized. It is spacious. Check out was easy. We did get hassled to get the store credit card and had to decline it repeatedly after saying no the first time. I don't like to be hassled. Plenty of novelty type stuff on clearance at registers.”

Patiently waited for her to smile and her pictures turned out amazing. I’ve discovered it best to go on days where they are not so busy so it will allow the photographer an extra few minutes to assist so I greatly appreciate her kindness and professionalism and grace with us. “Precious boutique on Main St in Grapevine. We have appreciated the quality clothes they carry. While we love to support small businesses, the clothing does tend to be a bit overpriced compared to other boutiques that carry the same brands. But the staff are friendly and the boutique is precious!”

David and his family who own DC are the most welcoming, friendly, honest, Christian people ever! I’ve worked many shifts to shop early. I always shop instore, First time I ordered for a pick up then there was a missing item in the bag, online don’t help for missing items for order pick up ( I always check the bag pick up orders which I should have checked here as well before leaving store), but had to call in store & staff told me to come back, lady staff was nice listened to me and said it never happened like this before, yet she agreed for me to take what I want. Lesson learned better to check before leaving the store to avoid double trips to the store.”
“I recently visited Carter's store with my daughters, we had such a lovely experience! The store was bright and full of adorable outfits for children of all ages. What really stood out to me, though, was Lolo, the assistant manager. She was incredibly helpful and greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we walked in, and helped us To find exactly what we needed, suggesting some cute items based on what I mentioned my kid likes. It was like talking to a friend who really knows their stuff! She even pointed out some great sales and made sure we were comfortable, Thank you For the best Service .”
“I've never had a bad experience at this location. I shop here often since Vineyard Vines is one of my absolute favorite brands, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. They always offer water and are quick to help find anything we might be looking for, which I really appreciate. However, they can read a room, and will back off and let me shop when I'm focused and need space.
The selection is decent given the store's smaller size, but the quality of the clothing never disappoints. Between the friendly team and the dependable brand, this location continues to be one of my favorites to shop.”
