Costco Wholesale is a members-only warehouse selling a huge variety of items, including bulk groceries, electronics, clothes, appliances, laptops, office furniture, and more. It is known for having reasonably priced items and the cheapest gas in the DFW metroplex. The store offers a great selection and a lot to choose from, though its large size can feel overwhelming. Customer experiences vary. Many appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable employees, especially at specialized departments like the hearing aid center, which is described as awesome and helpful. The store's customer service receives praise for its accountability and fast resolution of issues, with managers promptly addressing feedback and associates assisting with returns and price adjustments. However, the shopping environment can be challenging, particularly on weekends. Some customers report encountering rude behavior from other shoppers, including being blocked, cut off in lines, and subjected to unpleasant comments. This conduct can make the experience stressful for both customers and employees. Despite the busy atmosphere, this location is noted as being less busy than others. The food court remains a consistent highlight, with solid hot dogs. For many, the combination of low prices, vast selection, and generally positive service makes Costco a valued destination for bulk shopping and fuel.
Always great deals, delicious food and getting all the free samples are the best (unless it's hard to say no because they're so yummy). Only warning is that some items aren't always available and/or not available at every Costco

Great experience at Costco! The store is clean and well-organized, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there’s always a great selection of quality products at reasonable prices. The checkout process was smooth, and overall the service was excellent. Highly recommend Costco!

Great store. Plenty of parking in the morning. Fellow customers are RUDES people. They will block part of the aisle and yapp. Meat and bakery areas are the worst. Still prices are competitive.
