I love costco, but I get stressed out every time I shop at this location. From the crowded parking lot that always seems to have someone blocking the road waiting for a spot at the front of the store, to the rude customers who have little self awareness and respect for others.

Shout out to Scott Massey!!
I would like to share with you my latest experience at your local Costco in Lewisville, TX.
On Monday, May 12th, I picked up the cake I ordered from your bakery department. I was so excited to see the final product and long behold it looked like a kid’s birthday cake. Mind you this cake is for a bridal shower we had the next day for a coworker. When I got to the register to pay, the cashier had mentioned everything good, and I said no I’m not happy with the cake it’s suppose to be for a bridal shower. She immediately got the manager. He reached out to another manager that so happened to be the former Bakery Manager for 18 years. I hit the jackpot! 😊 Scott immediately took over and we went back to the bakery and he wanted to make this right for me. He asked me colors, how many roses, what I wanted to write on the cake, just made it all right for me. He had such a great attitude and he seemed like he was really enjoying the moment. It seems that those 18 years in the bakery just came back with such ease to him.
I have been a member since 2006, I wanted you to know that my love for Costco just got bigger!! Thank you Scott, Costco employees and the GREAT customer service!!

This review is hard to write-but this is one the things that I love about Google. By writing honest reviews I can help/impact decisions about traveling, shopping etc. I appreciate others’ reviews as well (even if I don’t agree-I respect them). This is what makes GOOGLE REVIEWS GREAT. 😊
5 stars for the ⛽️ gas station at this location.
We travel internationally a lot and if there is a Costco and we are using a rental car we buy gas/food etc. Australia/Oceana-loved Costco nice people. Hawaii-crazy gas lines and great selection of Honolulu cookies to take home on Oahu. Saved lots of $ on the other islands as well. East Asia-we were entertained at those stores-we loved to just look 😳.
This store 😱 is the one store where I felt sorry for the employees. Many customers were RUDE. I know this kind of rude-it’s happened to me before while traveling and I am one of the few non-native looking (I’m Irish) people shopping. I was repeatedly blocked and if I dared to move a shopping cart-so I could get by-a nasty comment was made in another language. I was cut off getting in line to check out. I was bumped trying to go to the ladies room. Even when we were trying to exit I presented my receipt looked behind me and my husband had been cut off! I did not budge-I stood there and motioned for him to go around those women behind me with their basket almost touching my behind. The lady cking receipts smiled and told me in a low voice “thank you for that”. Yes it was a weekend but this overt racism by customers shopping was unexpected in my own county (I’m a native Texan). Excuse this long review but I wanted to warn other shoppers. To the employees (please read this corporate) you deserve hazard pay.
On a positive note…we were planning a trip to largest county in South Asia-but nope not doing that (life is too short to be treated badly). I really dislike elitism. We are all equal.

I like everything about Costco except for the ATT they have in there one of the worst service providers their app takes you to a maze and their trade ins are not straight forward. I have to call them thousand times to fix my trade in credits.

The hearing aid center is awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable clerk. So helpful helping us with our 1st experience of hearing aids.
The store itself is great. A lot to choose from.
Just a lot for me. Too big.

Reasonably priced items from clothes to appliances besides the regular grocery items; even laptops, office furniture and some stationary!
