About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers car rental locations at airports and in cities like Lewisville, serving customers in Texas and over 30 countries worldwide. The booking process is often described as seamless, fast, and easy through their website or app, with some customers reporting being in and out in about ten minutes. Many reviews highlight exceptional, friendly, and helpful customer service, with staff noted for being informative, cordial, and speedy in both pick-up and drop-off, making the overall process smooth.
However, experiences can vary. Some customers report issues, such as encountering a rude employee or finding the process cumbersome, particularly when coordinating with collision centers where system disconnects can occur. Inventory is not always deep, leading to occasional wait times for a rental. Pricing for insurance and gas is noted to have increased. Despite these occasional negatives, many customers are highly pleased, recommend the location, and state they will return, citing fantastic service especially in emergencies or for last-minute needs.
