“I had an issue with a pump on my E500 Swim Spa. Darin came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and then returned a few weeks later to install the new pump motor. With both visits, Darin was very respectful and so patient with clear answers as I asked endless questions! He set expectations appropriately on the repair timeframe as well. The home office folks did a fine job also - quickly adding me to the schedule and keeping me informed about the part status and Darin's arrival time.”

“This place is in Old Town Lewisville and connected to the Perc coffee shop so after I grabbed a coffee, I walked through the connecting hall and checked it out. It's beautifully decorated in a boho chic fashion mixed with a modern farmhouse feel. The lotions, soaps and sprays all smelled fabulous and have samples to try before you buy! They also have a nice honey selection where you can sample too. I love their frosted cinnamon honey and had to buy this big size ($20). It's not local to DFW but it is Texas local from Austin or close to it I believe.”
“Fantastic company! The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful people. We appreciate that if you have any issues they stand behind their product and will fix it.
As of now, we purchased three fabulous pieces from them. Our first was a couch back in 2013 and then a matching recliner in 2015. Being constructed now is a chair and a half.
The couch has survived many teenagers romping on it with no damage whatsoever. Every guy that visits just loves the recliner. Can’t wait for the new chair.

Without question he immediately took me to the best and most affordable beds, and then he sold them to me at cost so that he could also help the single mom. “I had to take time to say what a super experience we had at this store. I wondered how they could possibly have such a high rating. Now I know. My wife had been looking at a set of lamps but never pulled the trigger. We are from Tulsa and only come to the area occasionally. The lamps here were much cheaper than in Tulsa but we got in a hurry and didn’t buy them last trip. Then they went on clearance and showed out of inventory. My wife was heart broken but called the stores anyway and this one had the displays left and that was all. Dave at this store answered her many questions and went and checked them while she was on the phone. We drove a ways over there to get them and Dave was there and was super helpful and nice and friendly. He got them down and plugged them in and we tested them out. He spent a fair amount of time on helping us with two discounted clearance lamps. If he was that wonderful for two clearance lamps, just imagine how wonderful he must be for a more sizable furniture purchase. We are so happy with the lamps and the whole experience. Thank you Dave and thank you Home Zone for picking these great sales people and/or the culture that develops them.”
