“Ari was great! Super friendly, asked the right questions, helped us find a mattress that fit not only our comfort level, but our budget as well. Not a pushy salesman, just recommending his best options.”
“I bought a bedroom furniture set for my daughter, and I am truly happy with the entire experience. From the beginning to the end, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The furniture is high quality and even more beautiful than I expected. The delivery and installation were smooth and hassle-free. My daughter absolutely loves her new room. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service. Thank you to everyone involved! Thank you Dariana 💐”
“Ross is THE MAN!! I did do some research on my own, but I am not an expert on beds -- Luckily, Ross was able to answer all of my questions and hook me up with the perfect bed for me and my partner. He is friendly, easy to talk to and knows everything there is to know about mattresses. This place also does discounts for education workers which is awesome. Ross, thank you so much for your help and for helping me get what I needed, I was very stressed out and now I feel confident I'll be so happy with the new Purple mattress, thanks again!!”
“The Team at Texas Hot Tub were tremendous during the initial visit , the second visit to pick the right sauna and finally delivery and set up in our home. There are many options today where one can purchase a sauna , directly or thru online web services. Often these online options have prices that are enticing. Dealing with a supplier face to face rings much more value than any online service or option . Finally we’d like to thank Alex as his honesty and credulity he established are of value well beyond some low price out on the web
Thanks Texas Hit Tub
And thanks to Cody and Craig for the install and for leaving the place cleaner than you found it”
“I had a great experience at Best Deal Mattress! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and honest. They helped me find a comfortable mattress at a really good price without trying to pressure me into buying something more expensive.
The quality and customer service were excellent, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Best Deal Mattress to anyone looking for a good mattress at a great price.
Thank you for the great service!”

“I just bought an oven here and the staff and service is excellent. Benny came to ky house and helped me install the oven and he was so kind and pleasant to work with.”
“Very pleased with our new bed, the leather is just beautiful and perfect for our bedroom. The customer service was wonderful and I really appreciated the email updates as the. bed was being made. Delivery was timely and seamless also! Thanks Leather Sofa Company for our beautiful bed!”
“At home was truly amazing. Very cleans and several registers. However they do have items without prices on it which is a hassle if you get to the front after lifting it and it end up not being the price you can afford. There’s not many people around to assist you or answer questions either. But I would still return due to the quality of items.”
“This place is amazing to purchase very unique and hard to find items check this place out staff is amazing and allways ask for Barbara she is amazing and super helpful she was able to hold the item for me ofcurse with a deposit and was super kind to let me pick up within my schedule thanks so much definitely will purchase again 😀.”
“This place is in Old Town Lewisville and connected to the Perc coffee shop so after I grabbed a coffee, I walked through the connecting hall and checked it out. It's beautifully decorated in a boho chic fashion mixed with a modern farmhouse feel. The lotions, soaps and sprays all smelled fabulous and have samples to try before you buy! They also have a nice honey selection where you can sample too. I love their frosted cinnamon honey and had to buy this big size ($20). It's not local to DFW but it is Texas local from Austin or close to it I believe.”
“I walked in and the owner was by the front of the store. He immediately welcomed me and asked me how he could help me. I explained to him that I was donating two beds to a single mom. Without question he immediately took me to the best and most affordable beds, and then he sold them to me at cost so that he could also help the single mom. The Customer Service from his office was Superior. His giving heart is amazing, his wife was so helpful. I will always be a loyal customer to this family. Thank you and God bless you for being so kind.”
“I just want to take a moment to give a shout-out to Jennifer for providing outstanding customer service. I had the opportunity to watch her multitask while stocking shelves. When I asked for assistance at the deli, she immediately stopped what she was doing and gladly helped me.
Jennifer demonstrated excellent professionalism and attention to food safety by washing her hands before putting on gloves and preparing my order with care. Her kindness, generosity, and genuine concern for customers made my visit a wonderful experience.
Jennifer, thank you for your exceptional service and for making customers feel valued. Your dedication truly does not go unnoticed! 😊
I hope Jennifer receives the recognition she deserves for making such a positive impact on customers shopping experience. 🙏”
“Target is my jam and this location does not disappoint. I've made countless trips and only one small hiccup. But as expected, it was resolved in a timely manner. Good customer service, well stocked, and cleanliness is what it takes to satisfy me.”
“Again like the 9ther target this place has everything you need and the prices are very reasonable. They are also renovating the whole store to make it easy to navigate and be welcoming.”
“Bestway rentals the best place ever to rent whatever you need. I've been with them for almost 15 years. Very satisfied for everything I have rented from them that now I own. And certainly I will continue using them. For more merchandise that I can use. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody to come rent and own their own stuff.”

“I had to take time to say what a super experience we had at this store. I wondered how they could possibly have such a high rating. Now I know. My wife had been looking at a set of lamps but never pulled the trigger. We are from Tulsa and only come to the area occasionally. The lamps here were much cheaper than in Tulsa but we got in a hurry and didn’t buy them last trip. Then they went on clearance and showed out of inventory. My wife was heart broken but called the stores anyway and this one had the displays left and that was all. Dave at this store answered her many questions and went and checked them while she was on the phone. We drove a ways over there to get them and Dave was there and was super helpful and nice and friendly. He got them down and plugged them in and we tested them out. He spent a fair amount of time on helping us with two discounted clearance lamps. If he was that wonderful for two clearance lamps, just imagine how wonderful he must be for a more sizable furniture purchase. We are so happy with the lamps and the whole experience. Thank you Dave and thank you Home Zone for picking these great sales people and/or the culture that develops them.”
