Lowes charges 219 to install a dishwasher, and doesn't provide the drain line, they charge 25 for water hose but fail to mention drain hose, installer said we need to buy it and they will come install. What a terrible service lowes provides. Delivery with a catch... Next day they want another 100 to hook up the part they made us buy that they failed to mention, we ordered that they didn't tell us in first place needed, avoid lowes for appliance installations!
[email protected] then replies need $50 more in parts after buying what first installer told us to buy, and 101 labor charge. Telling us we had to take the extra costs else our warranty on installation is voided, Downright criminal. Avoid this company. Kind of wish we didn't tip now.

I went into buy some landscape lighting and the young lady help me she was very very helpful kind knowledgeable. I don't remember her name but she used to be a teacher for mentally challenged. She was very helpful and so were the other steps at the customer service great job guys keep up the good work

I came in on Tuesday to get help buying some paint and I was helped by a gentleman named Gabriel. He was excellent to work with, he knew all the right questions to ask to ensure I’d buy the exact amount of paint I needed at the most cost effective rate, and with the best coverage. He helped make my purchasing process seamless and efficient. Thank you Gabriel!

I can get everything I want and need from Plywood to Custom Window Blinds and shades for every room in my house. If you make the right connections with the Pro Desk and Department specialists, you can always find help and get what you need. I just figured out if I’m a little more patient, then the pretty obviously over worked and under paid daily staff are actually doing their best (at least my local store). They cant help that greedy Corporate Executives and even greedier shareholders are forcing them to work with 1 hand tied behind their backs and probably not for very good pay. Just my 2 cents.
