Lowe’s for all of your home improvement needs. Located in Lewisville, TX, this store offers a wide range of products including gardening supplies, appliances, paint, and patio furniture. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially at the Pro Desk, where assistance is quick and efficient. Many reviews highlight the excellent service provided by employees who are knowledgeable and willing to help, such as those assisting with paint, kitchen fixtures, and loading products into cars. The store is generally tidy and better maintained than before, with some customers noting improvements in organization and product visibility, such as moving clearance items to the front. However, some find that many associates lack extensive product or construction trade knowledge, and there is a desire for more open floor space for materials and better placement of carts outside. While the store is seen as a good place to find supplies, some believe it could improve further. Overall, Lowe’s in Lewisville is viewed as a helpful and reliable destination for DIYers and professionals alike, with attentive staff making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
Needed to purchase on sale appliance and have it delivered in another state. The guy who helped me was so efficient and organized I was done in 5-6 minutes. Everything was explained all questions answered. Excellent service.
