This is the reason I go to Lowe’s. No one at the competition could hold a convo. Even tho they didn’t have what I needed, Ramon went waaaaay over just the “were out of stock” he spent time trying to help.

Ask some guys for help getting a countertop from the top shelf that wasn’t stocked online said they had two annd they did up high… but all they kept saying is should we get it down to each other. Finally a manager or someone higher up came along and seen them standing around and got the ball rolling. Not happy with how they handled being asked to do their jobs.

On the 17th I purchased a refrigerator it was on sale had $100 off and I was supposed to receive 5% off as well for using my Lowe's card. Unfortunately that did not happen. I called and spoke to somebody about that and I was told to bring the receipt up to the store and they would go ahead and do the 5% off. On the 19th the refrigerator was installed at my home. I went with the receipt that evening around 4 o'clock to get the 5% that was not put on corrected. They told me that they do not ever give 5% off with other discounts. They said that they were not going to do the discount because I received $100 off I then read for them that I had been told I would get the discount by two different people. If they couldn't do the discount, I did not want it on the Lowe's card because it made no sense to put it on the Lowe's card, if I was not receiving a discount, they called a supervisor who also said we never do that. I then found in my phone because it was not myself that made the purchase but my partner that part of it was the hundred dollars plus the 5% so originally she was only gonna do the 5% off of just the price of the refrigerator after the hundred dollar discount not the total purchase the system would not let her do it off adjust that it made it do the whole purchase she then goes well whatever just give it to him I was treated unfairly I was treated like I was trying to steal. I went to get something that was legally mine by the companies guidelines and advertisement and I was meant to feel like a thief. I've shopped at Lowe's for years. I've never been treated badly. I do not write reviews and I'm gonna write as many as I can about this because I am offended and they need to retrain that team especially the supervisor because she stated they never do it. I showed them that they did it and it was in the ad and she still was upset. I was getting the 5% back if I knew I was gonna be treated that way I could've put it on a different credit card and Lowe's would've paid more than 5% in fees.

Poor Communication between staff that works there I cancelled 1 of my 2 orders to arrive to find the second order had been cancelled after this morning when someone called and said my order would be held till 7pm for pickup in any case avoid this location reordered from Lowes Denton Not any issue and order was ready promptly Communication needs lots of work at this location.

I received some of the best customer service in a long time at Lowe’s last night. Bryan was very helpful and knowledgeable with assisting me with everything I needed to get! Also, shoutout to Dione for helping me at the register. Great people!

Horrible! The staffs (yes, PLURAL) at their customer service desk are a bunch of clueless kids. These kids made us wait almost 3 weeks for a non stock item that was suppose to (guaranteed to) get shipped to store upon placing the special order with them. We get to the store the day of the delivery date and a bunch of these kids tried to figure out what and how to fix the issue and what to explain to us what's going to NOT happen. They delayed a project for about 3 weeks for their complete incompetence. Like I said, I had to deal with multiple personnel, the first week when I got curious and decided to check in on them to try and make sure I'd get the item delivered to store at expected date and was convinced by them to wait it out because their system shows it's, apparently, in transit. End of story was they had offered nothing and I mean NOTHING BUT (The best thing we can do is refund your payment) that's too generous for the INCONVENIENCE!

Had the best help! Dryer went on the fritz. Bought 2 belts to make sure I had the right one. Went to make a return and ooomg. So easy! They got me in and out within seconds! I get my plants and everything from here because they're amazing and have awesome customer service! Home Depot doesn't have anything on them!!

Customer Service was horrible! I had a item that was being price match, the head cashier named MARA made it seem like I was lying! She took 20 minutes to try to verify the information. She was the store was not answering the phone. It took me less than 3 minutes to get an associate from the other store to verify the price. She very nasty and rude! She needs some more coaching on Customer Service.
