“We showed up and were initially unable to find our orders, but the receptionist Karina here was able to figure out that my daughter's name was misspelled and that was causing the issue. Because of this, she was able to save our visit and create a positive experience after what had been a very long list of other issues with our referring doctor (unrelated to LabCorp). The nurse was also extremely kind and clearly experienced with children nervous about blood tests. We really appreciate the service here at LabCorp for turning around our experience with this treatment plan!!”

“I had a GREAT experience at LSIP for an MRI of my hand, particially my thumb. The out of pocket cost of $375 vs all my other insurance claims with other companies of $490 to $1000 is unmatched, so I highly recommend. Just 1 piece of advice, no one uses CD-ROMs anymore, so burning images to CD's is a bit dated. Please move to storing images on USB/Flash drives. I have my images but no way of accessing them.”
