The customer service was exquisite as each customer received their own table space in addition to a bag of candy while they wait on their service to be completed. The air condition issue that she went in with was handle in a timely manner. As a bonus, they sent her on her way with a car freshener, key chain, AND a car visor!! I definitely encourage anyone to check out their shop when experiencing any car issues for a reasonable price!!”

“The first time I needed service, they were so great and helpful! Got me the best price and in and out! Didn't try to upsell me a bunch of things I didn't need. Provided me with a LYFT ride to and from work and had my car ready in no time. I returned again with my other vehicle for a minor issue, and again they were so helpful and honest, and referred me to another shop that could provide the service I needed. I live 60 miles from this location and I will always come to this shop if I am able. Elijah and Alfredo provide excellent customer service and Joshua is a very knowledgeable mechanic. “All we wanted in a mechanic is honesty & trustworthiness, impeccable work without any troubling follow-up and reasonable pricing with no additional hidden fees. We got that here! Completed work on my 2013 Nissan Altima that had been recently damaged in an accident. Insurance company refused to repair but AP&BS was able to accommodate us without hesitation.
Initially called to inquire about their service and the young lady on the phone assured me they could work on automobiles deemed “salvaged” by insurance companies. Submitted pictures online but had to call to follow up.
Once I connected with the shop again (Felipe) , the process was rather smooth.
The work itself was impressive. Car looks brand new and every detail was thought of and included in the work. The price was reasonable and identical to what we received as an initial claim. Had we received progress updates throughout it would have far exceeded expectations. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Alex Paint & Body Shop. Prayerfully, we would not require their collision service again but if ever in need, we have definitely found our shop.”
“I had my sons 2016 Ford F150 towed in late Monday afternoon and by Tuesday mid morning was told I only needed one side of the catalytic converter (instead of telling me both sides they were honest) but the truck also had another issue. Allowed me to send Five Star Ford mobile mechanic to their lot to fix the throttle body. Highly recommend. HONEST , reasonable on rates and efficient with time.”

“This service center completed 3 fluid related tasks for my car. Expensive IMO but the work got done and they had a shuttle to take me to my house for 3 hours and pickup back to service center to retrieve my car. The service writer tech and checkout ran smooth. Car repairs have to be done and they were professional.”
