Staff show EXCELLENT Servant Leadership, keeping composure even when mistreated by rude customers. The store is clean, associates are friendly and helpful, and photos print perfectly. It is a go‑to place for last‑minute greeting cards and other items. Service is quick and efficient if visited at the right time.
Terrible customer service, staff was rude and did not provide timely service. Stopped by to drop off a package for the FedEx truck And sadly received the worst customer service I’ve ever received from any Walgreens. I recommend going somewhere else.

I think Jacqueline is the root of a lot of problems at this Walgreens in the pharmacy. If someone was rude to her family or friends she wouldn’t like it. She’s the most rude employee I’ve encountered over the past 5 years that I’ve been going to this pharmacy! Ugh she’s very unprofessional and has an UGLY attitude.

Jacqueline is A NASTY and RUDE EMPLOYEE every time I come in and even call in a prescription! I’ve seen other reviews about her. They are all true. She’s horrible.
