“Ease in viewing your prescription order, request for refill and I love the fact that you’re kept informed of status of your order. The app is very user friendly too! It sends reminders and notifications and waits for your confirmation to place order in the event that the cost is too high. Option for auto refill is also available. In short, its a very convenient way to make sure you get your prescription medicines on time without leaving your home!”

“"Amazing customer service" is rarely the first thing one says in the same sentence as Walmart. Walmart is just a place we all have to suffer through to make our lives convenient, efficient, and affordable. But, for some strange reason, the pharmacy at this particular Walmart is a bizarre haven of friendly, welcoming, caring, effective people...a sort of oasis in the desert, you might say. Sabnam, the pharmacist here, somehow remembers my name and greets me by it every time she sees me there. Somehow she remembers whether or not I had my flu shot or COVID booster this year. (She gave them to me, of course, but how many hundreds did she give to others?) And how does she remember my name out of the thousands of people that shop here each week? Her staff are equivalently wonderful. Fernanda, Andrew, Sha, Kendra, and virtually EVERY employee I've been helped by here has just been amazing. And how is this possible, since they deal with frustrated, short-tempered people all day who are fighting with insurance companies and doctors' offices over the drudgery of healthcare? I'm not sure what kind of magic wand Sabnam or their regional managers have, but it's absolutely working at this location. I am SO GRATEFUL to have them all. THANK YOU for your kindness, helpfulness, and human decency. It makes all the difference!”

“I am looking for another pharmacy in the area simply because this CVS closes at 7pm, too early for me to grab my meds sometimes.But after I read reviews of nearby other pharmacies, I was shocked. I didn't know any of those problems will occur! -- pharmacists too lazy to call to check prices, closing waaay earlier than published closing time (closing at 7 instead of 10pm), prescription not available/ready when you go pick it up.I didn't realize there are these problems when I go to a pharmacy, cos I never encountered them here.I now realize this is one of the highest rating pharmacies around.I have to say, prescriptions are always filled very fast (sometimes within the hour), I get a text notification, and I go pick it up. As easy as that.I don't ever worry the prescription is not ready when I go pick it up. I dont need to wait to pick up either; there is rarely a wait.Today, I went to see a Dr, while I was driving back (10min later), I already got a text msg that my prescription is ready for pick up.I am not saying the staff will always process prescriptions this fast, and I do not expect them to, but I am just thinking I need to buy something from Target while I was driving home, and it will be great if the prescription is ready, and then I got the notification.Thank you.And of course, being inside Target is a great location.I just hope it can close a bit later as I have to do dinner with my kid and 7pm is too tight.”
“When doing other errands in area we shop here otherwise the stores in Plano and Frisco as closer to home. Great store like all the others. Quick stop sort of for gas only like everyone else Sat night. Lots of customers. Update for prior review in coming from east on Sam Rayburn (Hwy 121) toll road take the Lake Vista exit and drive north about a block in between two hotels to get to Costco parking lot. If driving on I35 north or south or coming from the Bush Toll road its a bit involved so check your GPS/Google maps for help.”

“It is located in a fairly good spot and is so convenient when you only need to pick up only a few things. You have to consider that this isn't a fully loaded Super Walmart but it will have your basic needs. Every time I've been inside it's always been well stocked and very clean. The staff is always friendly and of course my favorite thing is the self-checkout for when you look a little homely and don't want any human interaction. Another key factor I enjoy about this is how it's never super crowded and always good parking spots.”

“I have spent all day trying to get a prescription filled for a serious condition. Unfortunately, it had to be ordered or they could call around and see if another pharmacy had it in stock. After calling many stores she found it in Flower Mound. Throughout this ordeal she was making calls to me to keep me in the loop so I would know the status. This store has always been helpful. They have kind and competent people who go way beyond what is expected. It is a difficult job dealing in the 2023 drug world. They are always pleasant and they always try their best.”
