“I just took a rather large box to a UPS store in Liberty Hill TX. (#7495). As I awkwardly tried to get the box through the back door of my car, an employee came out of the store and asked if I needed help. I’ve been around for over 78 years, and I don’t believe anyone has ever come out of their store to offer help. I will forever remember Meadow’s generous offer. After inside the store, she facilitated my return in a matter of seconds. Not only was this location easy to find with ample parking space, but the facility itself was clean and well-organized. The door was an electric sliding glass door, making it very convenient when dealing with numerous and/or heavy packages. But the best quality of all was a caring staff. Thank you so much, Meadow, for your offer of assistance and being such a credit to your company.”

“Fastsigns were great to work with! I submitted what I was looking for and after payment I received a mock-up which was exactly what I wanted. The A-Frame signs were done in just a couple days! Would work with them again!”

“Please note the owner did not ask me for a review on the work he did. I am writing this out of my own experience. Got a decal done on my Ford Mustang. John did a pretty good job from understanding the requirements and execution. Pretty decent with pricing as well. In fact, he did a last minute addition from my end for free. I am happy to go back to him for my next project. Nothing but smiles!”

“Had a good experience, they were about to close but they took my packages. A bit on an expensive side, not sure if it’s them or just shipping costs have gone up. Their location on the map was wrong, so I suggested an edit on Google, it took me a while to find them.”

“I’m always happy with the service I receive here. Brandon, the owner goes out of his way to give him the best price (better deal, scanning my tax documents than at UPS) and handles things quickly. One time he even stayed late for a special package I needed to send out that was after his store hours. I give 5 stars for excellent customer service and value .”
