“I just took a rather large box to a UPS store in Liberty Hill TX. (#7495). As I awkwardly tried to get the box through the back door of my car, an employee came out of the store and asked if I needed help. I’ve been around for over 78 years, and I don’t believe anyone has ever come out of their store to offer help. I will forever remember Meadow’s generous offer. After inside the store, she facilitated my return in a matter of seconds.
Not only was this location easy to find with ample parking space, but the facility itself was clean and well-organized. The door was an electric sliding glass door, making it very convenient when dealing with numerous and/or heavy packages. But the best quality of all was a caring staff.
