Edited review. There was a substantial mistake after the new system upgrades, but the bank fixed it. It's not the local branches that are at fault as they seem to have difficulty getting support as well. I appreciate the effort Employees made to get the mistake corrected.

I came to prosperity because of JW. He is a tremendously good resource for referrals and always gives solid advice. I wish I had met him sooner. Banking with prosperity is great, but my relationship with JW is even better. He is a good human being and someone I highly recommend.
