Went to the ATM a few days ago. The ATM took several minutes during "please wait." It timed out and did not give me the money I requested and said it was denied. However that same ATM also took that amount out of my bank account and charged me a fee for using it. When I pulled into a slot to talk to a teller, a middle aged blonde man with glasses asked if he could help. I explained the issue. At first he said "your'e going to have to call your bank" before getting clarification that "it could turn up in a few days or in a week." I didn't even say anything I was so angry. I got in my car and left immediately. Now this amount has been posted to my account including the added the fee. Thankfully I bank with someone else and have for YEARS so I can dispute this. This location did not help me WHATSOEVER. Did not even TRY to help me. Do BETTER.

I indicated to Sharon Munoz I had unexpected invoice from Aetna for $121.95. Could it clear and be deducted from my Social Security deposit December 15? She said no. Bye to Chemotherapy and Radiation.

I've been using this bank for over 10 years. They are the friendliest bankers I have ever met. I come in every month to cash a savings bond and they always greet me warmly. When my wife was hospitalized and I hadn't shown up for my monthly bond cashing, they called me to check if everything was OK. That's called going over the top for your customers.Sharon, Janie, and Carrie are what make this branch exceptional.

These people make their own flipping hours, I swear, they never stick to their time, today is Friday, and it says that they are open, and guess what? It’s locked! On Valentine’s Day? Seriously? This is beyond ridiculous, they need to get there act together and stick with the schedule.

We have used this bank for our company and family for 13 years, never had a problem, everyone has always been helpful and efficient. Customer service has been great. Richard, Janie, and Sharon have always taken great care of us and the other staff has always been friendly when we have walked in.

Worst bank in Liberty Hill. It’s a bunch of old women who obviously don’t feel like working.
