“Phoenecia has got to be one of my favorite places in Houston. It serves literally any need I want it to. Coffeeshop? Meal on the go? Bar? Restaurant? Between the main part of Phoenecia and its attached Mkt Bar, it is ALL THERE, and ALL DELICIOUS! There are products from all over the world so you can totally be an international explorer and get really creative while you shop which makes it a unique grocery experience. I particularly enjoy their coffee bar where I tend to grab an afternoon pic-me-up of delicious Turkish Coffee. If in downtown, wandering around, pop into Phoenecia and wander around the world!”
“as soon I entered and I was having a bad day and I was buying chips and sodas so this cashier was so nice to me he ask me if I needed help with anything and he such a good worker and I ask to use the restroom mostly other dollar general don’t let u use the restroom”

“I had a flat tire, they let me leave the key with them for the tow truck driver so I could catch an Uber and make my appointment. They even called me when the tow truck driver picked up the car. I was worried leaving my car with a stranger but they were honest and helpful and it was very much appreciated.”

“Honestly prefer to shop here over Walmart. I can almost always find what I need, and it's less people to deal with in the aisles.. Are items a few cents higher? Yes, but I'll pay that if it means not dealing with Walmart. And, the staff is decent and helpful... I just wish they'd double bagged heavier items. As the plastic bags always rip when I'm carrying them inside due to all of the stuff the kids/baggers stuff inside! Maybe teach the baggers how to properly bag groceries. But overall, it's still my most preferred grocery store”
“We have always gotten our yearly summer vegetable plants from here because they seemed to do much better than the ones we have gotten from Walmart or anywhere else. I have noticed they quit growing as much as they used to. The lady that works there is super sweet. They have a large variety of summer vegetables and carry the basic fruit trees.”
